[cisco-voip] Live-Feed MOH for SRST Multicast intercept

In CCME, I can just plug an audio-feed into an FXO, and with some
simple configs, use that for MOH.

In SRST mode, for the same interface, I need to have an external power adapter.

This doesn't make any sense at all.

The same code is on both routers (running 12.4.15T3)....

Am I missing something, or is Cisco retarded here?
