[cisco-voip] Who is doing IP video Telephony?

I am also working on similar solution where we need inter network Cisco MCU,
VT advantage phones and Polycom units using a H.323 gatekeeper, I am still
reading into it on how to accomplish the same, there is a great networkers
presentation which I have managed to find for this, I would appreciate if
some one has implemented this can share some best practices for this. If
some one needs the presentation, I can unicast it to them
