[cisco-voip] Server spec's (new ones)

I don't believe cisco offers a "cisco branded" 7835-H3. Just the 7835-H2.

Also, I believe the 7828 series has more space/speed, but it is to support
communications mgr "business edition" that includes the Unity Connection
software on the same box.
