[cisco-voip] Adding uccx server to a domain

#1 I don't think the why is very important to anyone but Avner. I would bet
he is working on a customer and they have some network admin that won't let
it on his network unless it is part of the domain. At this point Avner needs
some sort of Cisco official reason why it can not be.

#2 I also don't think TAC would support you. In some of the Call Manager
install guides it says not to join it to the windows domain, UCCX uses the
"same" cisco OS so you may be able to find something in there.
