[cisco-voip] Adding uccx server to a domain

For CallManager you can put the server into a domain but you cannot
push any software to the server and you need to be aware of any
domain security policies that can break things. You also have to
remove the server from the domain before doing any upgrade.

I'm not sure how IPCCX does domain support, if in doubt open a TAC SR.

#1 I don't think the why is very important to anyone but Avner. I
would bet he is working on a customer and they have some network
admin that won't let it on his network unless it is part of the
domain. At this point Avner needs some sort of Cisco official reason
why it can not be.

#2 I also don't think TAC would support you. In some of the Call
Manager install guides it says not to join it to the windows domain,
UCCX uses the "same" cisco OS so you may be able to find something in
there.

#1 Why would you do that?

#2 I do NOT believe you will get TAC support.

Help me out here,

Can anyone point me to an official Cisco guidance with regards to
adding a UCCX server to a microsoft domain?

Will TAC support me if something doesn't work?
