Thanks Scott.
IPC and IP Blue are both in <None> partition. CSS on Unity ports has not been explicitly set and is left as <None>.
Any more ideas?

    Hello there,
I am having problems in the lab lighting up MWI on IP Communicator 2.1.1. CM 4.1.3
integrated with Unity 4.0.5, voicemail left (and verified), MWI/envelope icon on
IP Communicator does not show up. If I dial "MWI ON" extension from IP
    Communicator, the envelope icon appears.
MWI on IP Blue connected to the same cluster works fine, envelope appears
    without dialing "MWI ON" extension
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks very much
    Alex
