[cisco-voip] CCM 6.1 vs CCM 4.2.3

Whole new platform.  it's running on a linux appliance platform.  it has a
backup partition for quick roll back of upgrades, it has added features not
in the 4.x version.  It's a whole new ball game but the basics are the same.
