I'm glad someone brought it up. I got it to work in a round about way. I have an ESX server that i'm using as a test environment. The install crashes every single time i do it on the ESX Server (This is vmware by the way), but if i install it via the vmware workstation, it creates a vm...but i have services that will not start or work properly.
CUCM 6.0 and UC2.0 work just fine. Anyone know a reason for this?

Has anyone tried or installed Unity Connection 7 on a VM machine and got
it to work? I have tried several installs and they have failed so I am
reluctant to spend much time troubleshooting if there is no chance of
success.
I am aware the UC7 is not supported on VM machines, but neither is CUCM,
Unity, IPCC, etc and we have all of them running on VM machines.
Thanks,
Ed
