We're currently using a combination of physical fax machines connected
to FXS ports and RightFax/Cisco Fax Server 9.0 to meet our faxing needs.
We're prepping to move to a new building, and are hoping to minimize or
even eliminate the need for the FSX ports, and just hook up the physical
fax machine to Cisco ATAs.

Based on what I've been able to find, the ATAs require that the MGCP
gateways be set to Fax Passthrough mode, and we currently have them on
Fax Relay. Does anyone know if changing to Fax Passthrough mode is going
to have any effect on RightFax?

We've been unable to get a reply from TAC/Captaris about this, don't
have a scheduled maintenance window for another month, and we're hoping
to have the answer before then so we can start planning.

Thanks in advance!
