[cisco-voip] <CUE+CUCM> CTI RP Unknown state ?

hello group !

I'm trying to configure a CUE 3 with a CUCM 6.
I created :
    - CTI route point
    - 24 CTI Ports
    - A jtapi user associated with the CTR route point and the CTI ports

My CUE see all the CTI ports and they are associated with the CUE.
My problem is the CTI route point is still in unknown state.
I try to reset it, to reboot the CUCM nothing change...

If someone has and idea ?
