[cisco-voip] Route Filters, Patterns and POTS Dial Peers

Right now I have a ton of different route filters and patterns in one of my systems. The original point of this was to use FACs and the various filters to be able to have data for who is dialing LD, Intl, etc but we've got our Telco handling authorization codes and billing reports now.
I'd like to clean this up. If I don't need to block any outbound calls on our system, do I need any more route patterns besides 9.@ and 911 with 9.@ stripping the 9 and forwarding to my gateway and 911 just forwarding straight to the gateway?
Additionally my gateway has 7 or so POTS dial peers as the old route patterns were forwarding the 9 with the number. I have attached them. Is there any reason I can't cut all the ones for outbound down to the following:
dial-peer voice X pots
tone ringback alert-no-PI
description For Outbound calls
preference 1
destination-pattern .
progress_ind setup enable 3
progress_ind progress enable 8
progress_ind connect enable 8
port 1/0:23
forward-digits all
Thanks for the suggestions and assistance!
