Hi ,

Thanks for replying, I just installed the CUCM system for testing . I have
route pattern !# to route everything to Nortel as all my trunks terminate on
that, Do you think that can be the issue as it would match a call coming
into the CUCM system and create a loop. Nortel is sending me the 4 digit
extension of the Cisco IP Phone in the sip invite.
