[cisco-voip] Upgrading cisco ATA with CM 6.1

I have not had any issues with ATAs needing something special.  Just as
other SEP 79XX devices, the ATA will get new firmware automatically if
you hadn't been updating your 4.1 CCM server with the latest firmware.
