[cisco-voip] Remote CCM Subscriber upgrade from version 4 to 6 failed

Hi

 

Upgrade for publisher and subscriber from ver 4 to ver 6 succeeded in
Auckland.

And did another upgrade for the subscriber which is located in
Wellington, during which this server tried some connection test to
publisher.

The first and second test was okay and the third test failed complaining
that it cannot talk to udp port 8500.

The roundtrip time is average 15ms - 20ms between Auckland and
Wellington. 

Anyone can help me about this?
