[cisco-voip] help about entering in root mode in Call Manager 6.1.2

Hello,

 

I have a problem with licenses in Call Manager 6.1.2 and Cisco Tac
suggested me to enter in root mode and load the license files directly
to sftp root, but to do it I need to enter in root mode; anyone knows
how to do it?  (Enter root mode)    or how to pass to Linux mode console
? Or how to load the files to sftp root ?
