You need to create a remote support account and provide it to the TAC CSE.
That person will have to use it to get root access from your desktop using
MeetingPlace, WebEx, or your favorite remote access tool.

If you don't mind I'd like to get your SR number as well.

Subject: [cisco-voip] help about entering in root mode in Call Manager 6.1.2

Hello,

I have a problem with licenses in Call Manager 6.1.2 and Cisco Tac suggested
me to enter in root mode and load the license files directly to sftp root,
but to do it I need to enter in root mode; anyone knows how to do it?
(Enter root mode) or how to pass to Linux mode console ? Or how to load
the files to sftp root ?

Thanks,

Pedro
