[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1.2 Attendant Console: Your administrator must associate the phone with a valid application user

AC operates in one of two modes:

1) CTI super provider - in this model no device assocation is required.  
see AC administration guide

2) normal mode - all AC pilot points and attendant phones must be 
assocated to the AC user.  again, see the AC administration guide.
