[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1.2 Attendant Console: Your administrator must associate the phone with a valid application user

In CCMAdmin review the Help, there is a step-by-step checklist for
configuring Attendant Console.  One step is creating a Application User
that matches an AC Services parameter.
