For the achieves,

This issue got resolved, CCM 6.x looks at domain in SIP URI and tries to
match it to a SIP route pattern, since there was no SIP route pattern on the
system, the call was failing, to resolve it , I had to set 'Organization Top
Level Domain ' in the Enterprise Parameters (CCMADMIN > System > Enterprise
Parameters > Clusterwide Domain Configuration.
