[cisco-voip] MoH Servers

Hi David,

If it works for your phone that implies to me MoH is working properly. 
If CTI ports and CTI Route Points are configured properly but not 
invoking the appropriate MoH source, then I would start with a reset of 
the CTI ports and route points.
