[cisco-voip] Call Delay issue...

Guys

 

I have a problem with a customer where it can take up to 30 seconds for
a call media stream to start. The phone says "Connected" on it, however
there is silence for quite a while, and then the media starts

 

I am told that it is definitely a no-way audio issue (as opposed to
one-way), and the network is perfect. Alongside this, the CUCM
utilization is pretty low - no issues there either.

 

Other than raising a case with TAC, has anyone come across this before?
