Who is hearing the same music?
Anybody who calls into the main number hears the new MoH.
Where is this call from/to?
Between PBX's or on the same CCM, neither works. Same result.
Is this between IP phones or IP phone and gateway etc...?
Yes, yes.
Which side / device did you change the audio source on?
I changed the audio source on the Publisher. Then I made the change to
the JTAPI
and updated, change was reflected correctly in the CTI route points.
Currently, I have each handset in the CA. call center set to <None>. I
changed my handset
manually to play the new MoH, which worked. When I set it back to <None>,
now I have no Moh.
I am going to reset the handsets and, if that does not work, reset the MoH
Server.
