[cisco-voip] Calling name from Avaya to Cisco Call Manager

Yes if Avay calls IP phone you get name. If Cisco IP phone calls Avaya
handset you get calling name. Just for PSTN calls through the Avaya system.

Also the gateway is not in the mix. The Avaya system is talking H.323
directly to the call manager and call manager is talking directly to the
Avaya system.
