[cisco-voip] IVR Upgrades for UCSS

I have a valid UCSS contract for IP IVR. The latest upgrade kit I see available on PUT is for IVR 4 to 5. What about IVR 5 to 6 or IVR 5 to 7? I actually already have the CRS 7 discs. Can I just email licensing and get a 6 or 7 upgrade license?
