[cisco-voip] CUCMBE 6.1(2) Administration irritations

I'm on 6.1.2.1123-1
I noticed these same problems in 6.1.1 although not the BAT issues. I have
not tried inserting intercoms with bat after my first attempt which was very
bad.
I may open a TAC case, but I wanted to see if others are seeing stuff like
this first.
