[cisco-voip] CUCMBE 6.1(2) Administration irritations

Open a TAC service request for each problem you find like that if you can
reproduce it. They can either point you to a defect and get you the latest
Engineering Special, or file a defect for it.

I haven't seen these particular problems myself, but I have seen a ton of
BAT quirks fixed in later Engineering Specials.
