[cisco-voip] ways around one destination-pattern per dial-peer? (200+ prefixes)

I want to alter my caller-ID based on number dialed. Unfortunately, I'm matching on 200+ random-ish prefixes with no easy patterns (common caller-ID translation-rule for all). Is there any way around creating 200 dial-peers? Each dial-peer only appears to support a single destination-pattern.

Example:

dial-peer voice 201 voip
 destination-pattern 91402201....
...

dial-peer voice 202 voip
 destination-pattern 91402272....
