[cisco-voip] Obtaining IPMA config in 4.1(3)

I havent had any more luck on this so far..

Anyone know anything else about where IPMA config info is stored?
Im suspecting it is not in SQL or LDAP.

And maybe any other details about the IPMA User table in SQL? It seems
to have a lot of null settings.
