[cisco-voip] Upgraded to CUCM 6.1.2

Hi 

 

We upgraded to CUCM 6.1.2 and we would like to be able to hit against
the Informix database for customer reports.  Is there a way to make this
happen?   I know of Cisco's stance that the root is locked only for TAC
to access.  However, this appears a bit restrictive, since the Cisco
reports somewhat poor when it comes to meeting the needs of the
customer.
