[cisco-voip] Cisco 1861 volume troubles on inbound calls

We have a slight issue where the calling or dialed party can not hear
us clearly they make reference to the fact we seem quiet at our side
we hear the calling / dialed party ok

When I dialed in from my mobile I noticed that when the fxo card picks
up the line does go quieter

Does any one have any ideas
