You could try decreasing outbound attenuation.  By default it might be 3.

i.e.:

!
Voice-port 0/2/0
Input gain 6 (I like it loud on my system)
Output attenuation 1

We have a slight issue where the calling or dialed party can not hear us
clearly they make reference to the fact we seem quiet at our side we hear
the calling / dialed party ok

When I dialed in from my mobile I noticed that when the fxo card picks up
the line does go quieter

Does any one have any ideas
