[cisco-voip] VTA one way video

[Voice Noob]

I looked in the logs and I found out I had two IP's on my NIC. I had put a
secondary IP on it for another project I was doing. The VTA software was
sending the video stream from my second IP and the other PC did not know how
to communicate with it.
