[cisco-voip] AutoAnswer after One Ring and 3 Sec delay...

Guys,

 

 

I have setup a new IPCC call centre, the agents are logged in most of
the time and on ready state and are free, customer requirement was to
enable Auto Answer I did that, now they want it should be auto answered
but after one ring and 3 seconds delay, how can that be possible, that I
can identify the agent b4 the call is auto Answered...Look forward to
