In Call Manager go to Service Tab>Service Parameter
Select the Server most probably the Publisher. Select the Cisco Call Manager as the Service.
In the field Auto Answer Timer (sec)* change to 7; where a single ring requires 4 seconds and you need 3 extra seconds so change it as required.
And also do check the DN is set to auto-answer.

Guys,
I
have setup a new IPCC call centre, the agents are logged in most of the time
and on ready state and are free, customer requirement was to enable Auto Answer
I did that, now they want it should be auto answered but after one ring and 3
seconds delay, how can that be possible, that I can identify the agent b4 the call
is auto Answered…Look forward to hear from you.
H.
