Hi there,
We recently purchased a UC 520 router and 7-8 phones. We have setup a SIP trunk to a VoIP provider and are having mixed results getting everything to work.
We can call into our phone number from outside and the AA answers. If we provide a phone number to an internal extension the call connects and rings (even using IP Communicator, which is cool by the way).
The problem is, no audio (except for some reason touch tones) will go through the call.
I.e. if I push 5 on the phone on either side, I can hear it on the other end, but if I talk there is absolutely no audio what-so-ever.
The second problem is, no matter what we do we cannot initiate calls outside. We used CCA to set it up and told it to use 9 for our outgoing calls.
We push 9 then dial, and it just says 'unknown number' on the phone.
>From what I can tell everything is setup okay in the CLI, it is just very odd.
The other thing I am trying to figure out is why the CUE cannot connect to the CME, it seems like maybe the CME isn't running on the UC520.
Is there something I need to do to enable the CME?
I notice when I browse the http://ipaddress/ccme.html it returns a blank page, so I'm not entirely sure what is up with that.
But aside from these few issues I'm very impressed with everything.
Does anyone have any tips?
Thanks,
-Drew
