[cisco-voip] IPCC Express

[Ed Leatherman]

Postinstall.exe is on the server. Could be specific to CRS version 5 though,
i never had to use it in version 4. If I understand correctly, it configures
the settings that the CAD installer sets up on the client during a client
installation.
