[cisco-voip] CCM/SCCP trace question

Ed,

In the CDR you should be able to tell which side initiated the 
disconnect, PSTN or user.  In the SDI trace CM appears to receive an 
onhook from the user.  Indicates that the agent received some inband 
indication that call was over.
