It sounds like you might be using a 'Dial by extension' step in your CUE
aa script? I haven't tried do that before, but I have done each of the
following before when using POTS line. Haven't done it PRI because you
can just translate a DID number (that's different than the aa number)
the CUE vm number.
Define a 'Transfer to Extension' step and set it to the CUE pilot point,
in which case the user will be prompted to input their ID and password
(when calling from outside).
Or you can setup a 'Transfer to Mailbox' step with the mailbox being a
generic mailbox with a greeting that reminds the user to press * to
access their mailbox? At that point they will be prompted for their ID
and password.

Heya,
So a user is out on the road and wants to check their voicemail.
This seems easy enough. I assumed a user could simply specify the
extension of the voicemail system, then if they are not coming from an
internal extension it would ask for their extension and PIN number. For
some reason when I try to reach my 'CUE' extensions from the auto
attendant it indicates that they are invalid.
Does anyone know if there is something I need to enable in order for
this to work? I've tried all sorts of wonkery from creating a new
extension that forwards to the VM CUE, etc.
