[cisco-voip] How translate incoming-calls with CCM & MGCP

Hi,

A tidy way to do this is to create a CSS especially for your inbound gateway

This allows you to perform translations on a per gateway or circuit basis.

Something like this for example

Create new partition for inbound translations
- Inbound_GW_Translations_P

Create a new CSS - Inbound_GW_CSS
Add the partitions
 - Inbound_GW_Translations_P
- System_Phones_P (This would be the partition of all your internal DN's)

Put your translation pattern in the Inbound_GW_Translations_P partition

If it is a PRI then I'd also suggest making your pattern more specific
Typically look at a debug ISDN q931 output from your gateway to see what
called number is presented to you. Then you can figure out what to put in
the translation pattern

This approach also allows you to apply restrictions on what calls can come
in on that GW, i.e. dont add any external partitions to that CSS, and this
helps lock it down for toll fraud.
