[cisco-voip] Uploading Prompts to CUE unsupported format.

One quick trick, use unity to generate the wav files for the prompts you
need.

Although the quality isn't the best, you can open it with MS sound
recorder and save it as CCCIT 8K ulaw.

Hello, every time I attempt to upload a prompt created by Cepstral to
CUE it tells me that it is an invalid format.

 

Does anyone know if there is a way to convert it into whatever wacky
format it wants me to use?
