I just had this same problem with a customer and Cisco. Customer wanted to
buy 10 new agent licesnes for IPCC 4.x. Cisco says it is not shipping
anymore and told me to upgrade which means I have to upgrade call manager
and IPCC. The customer was not to happy with that.
