I know you can have 3.5 licenses relicensed for 4.0. I wonder if you can
do the same in reverse. I'd engage your local Cisco rep and explain to
him your issue.

I just had this same problem with a customer and Cisco. Customer wanted
to buy 10 new agent licesnes for IPCC 4.x. Cisco says it is not shipping
anymore and told me to upgrade which means I have to upgrade call
manager and IPCC. The customer was not to happy with that.

Hello All

If a product such as IPCC Express 3.5 is End of Sale but is still listed
as supported until 9-23-2010, should you still be able to purchase
additional agent seat licenses for it?

Does it make a difference if this deployment is covered under a Cisco
service contract or not?

Thanks
