Justin,

There a lot of different ways to setup it up, but this might get you started.

dial-peer voice 100 voip
 huntstop
 preference 2
 destination-pattern .T
 progress_ind setup enable 3
 no modem passthrough
 voice-class codec 729
 session protocol sipv2
 session target sip-server
 session transport udp
 dtmf-relay rtp-nte
 no vad
!
sip-ua
credentials username <username> password <password> realm asterisk
 no remote-party-id
 set pstn-cause 47 sip-status 486
 retry invite 2
 retry response 3
 retry bye 3
 retry prack 6
 timers expires 300000
 registrar dns:youprovider.dns.com expires 3600
 sip-server dns: youprovider.dns.com

I am using rtp-nte here, but you may find that the provider wants to use SIP KPML or NOTIFY or INFO :)

Good luck,

-ryan

Subject: [cisco-voip] Outbound Sip Config for

Anyone have a link to setup a 2800 series ISR for outbound sip trunk? Calls would ingress from a T1 VIC and all calls would egress to sip provider. Need a bare config to start testing a working solution. Any link pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
