Drew,

You can configure the ip phone network settings manually.
- First you have to unlock the settings (**#) And then you will be able to set the parameters by hand.
- Disable DHCP
- and set manuall the IP Address. Subnet Mask, Router (Default Gateway) and TFTP Server parameters
Regards,

Ariel.

Hi there,

We need to deploy an e-phone in a remote location which is connected to our main office via a VPN connection. At this remote location we use the IP Communicator and it works fine however we need to use an actual real phone.

The problem is, for the life of us we cannot figure out how to manually set the settings in the phone as the network in the remote location doesn't hand out the TFTP and other required information via DHCP.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks,

-Drew
