[cisco-voip] CME vs Traditional PBX

I have the following question regarding CCME and CCM.

1- How can the operator know which line he/she will get after seizing
trunk with CCME. Also is it possible when using CCM and Attendant
Console.

2- Is it possible for the operator to inform the user that he/she will
disconnect the call, if the trunk is not released with CCME and CCM OR
some time limitation on each trunk for outbound calls. In other word
line status of users and trunks.

3- B-ACD and AA Probblem: Announcements are not played.
Using IOS: 12.4(20)T CCME 7.0(0)
