[cisco-voip] CME vs Traditional PBX

Syed,

On your B-ACD, is the problem that your queuing is working but none of the
prompt files are playing? What you have looks like my working configuration
using the same B-ACD script version. I'm using different IOS, drop-through
mode and different prompt files though. You have probably already done this,
but maybe double check that the file names in your config are correct?
