[cisco-voip] CME vs Traditional PBX

Thanks for the reply. I double checked the prompt file and infact
placed on root of the flash on my cisco router. I also check by
playing in windows media player to check if the prompt file itself is
not corrupted and it is ok. I did check the debug and it say file not
found and unable to play prompt???. This is really strange. Any ideas
