Hi,
Got a customer who wants their main number to play some sort of
message first, something like:
welcome to Acme Inc
if you know the ext then enter it
press 1 for Customer Support
press 2 for an operator which goes to attendant console
then if the attendant console is offline, it must forward to Customer
Support (a Hunt Group)
and when Customer Support (a Hunt Group) closes at night, the main
number needs to
forward to Security Phone
any easy way or help/suggestions?
maybe send main number to Unity Connection Call Handler first but am
not too how to move on from there.
