What version of CUCM is your customer using?

You can have the hunt pilot for CS as the always route member of the AC hunt
group, then the security phone either as the CFNA destination for the CS
hunt pilot or intercept the CS hunt pilot calls via TOD partition.

If you are running any version of 5.x or later and are even contemplating
using AC you have to get the fix for CSCsq93935.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Call Handler and AC

Hi,

Got a customer who wants their main number to play some sort of message
first, something like:

welcome to Acme Inc
if you know the ext then enter it
press 1 for Customer Support
press 2 for an operator which goes to attendant console then if the
attendant console is offline, it must forward to Customer Support (a Hunt
Group) and when Customer Support (a Hunt Group) closes at night, the main
number needs to forward to Security Phone

any easy way or help/suggestions?
maybe send main number to Unity Connection Call Handler first but am not too
how to move on from there.

thnx
charl
