I have configured a CTI Route Point which is forwarded to a Unity
Connection Call Haldler.
The Call Handler does the following:
welcome to Acme Inc
enter the extention if you know it
or
press 1 for Support
or
press 0 for an Operator
The Operator is AC which has a "always route member" set to fwd calls
to the Support guys.
All of the above is working fine - now i need to somehow get some Time
of Day routing working here thst is it is after-hours all calls into
the CTI RP gets either fwd'ed or translated to security......and
somehow I am missing this. any suggestions??
